The service
GPN.TOURS is a trade desk for Georgia inbound travel. Sub-agents search, hold, and operate bookings. Partners supply hotels, restaurants, guides, vehicles, and activities. These terms apply when you register or use the site.
Accounts
You must give accurate company and contact details. Catalog rates stay closed until GPN approves the account. You are responsible for the users who sign in with your account. GPN may refuse or close an account that is incomplete, misleading, or unused.
Confidential rates
Net rates, commissions, and partner costs are confidential. Do not publish them to guests or to anyone outside your company and GPN. Selling prices you show a guest are your own.
Holds and bookings
A hold reserves inventory on the terms shown at the time. It becomes a confirmed booking only when the status on the file says so. Names, dates, and services on the booking are the ones stored on the server, not a copy kept only in the browser.
Payment
The amount due is the booking total in GPN. A bank transfer is not paid until GPN marks it paid after the money arrives. When card checkout is enabled, Stripe collects the card payment and GPN confirms the booking only if the paid amount and currency match the file. A mismatch is recorded and is not treated as paid.
Cancellation and changes
Each product can carry its own cancel rule, including a free-cancel window or a non-refundable flag. The rule stored on the booking applies. Refunds, when due, are recorded on the file. Changing dates, rooms, or party size can change the price.
Suspension
GPN may block an account, end its sessions, or stop a booking that breaks these terms, fails verification, or creates a payment dispute. A blocked user cannot keep using an old sign-in.
Liability
Suppliers remain responsible for the service they provide on the ground. GPN operates the desk, the rates it publishes, and the booking record. Nothing on the site promises that a third-party system (card processor, mail, messaging, or a hotel channel) will be available at every moment.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without limiting a right that a consumer-protection rule gives a person who is not trading.
